Sherri Gragg is a writer and a mother of five (which means she is also a chef, gardener, housekeeper, puppy keeper, chauffeur, secretary, hair stylist, fashion consultant, physician's assistant, counselor, drill sergeant, judge, jury, mediator, public defender, and Chief Shoulder To Cry On.)

Somewhere along the way, she began a blog, and posted a few pictures of her daughter's cornrows. Then one day, she checked her stats and found that the cornrow pictures had staged a coup and taken over the entire blog. So, she kicked them out and onto their own blog where they grew and grew until they turned into a web-site.
